Passionate about making recruitment accessible & partnership-centered

Working for a large agency, I began to notice a gap that kept coming up in conversation. In networking groups and chats with business owners, I heard the same thing repeatedly—that traditional recruitment often felt transactional, expensive, disconnected, and out of reach for growing businesses that needed real support. That’s when I decided to make a change.

I founded Accomplice to offer small and medium-sized businesses a more flexible, transparent, and relationship-focused approach to recruitment. My mission is simple: to connect businesses with the right talent in a way that’s personal, efficient, and tailored to their unique needs.

With a background in sales and experience working with people with intellectual disabilities, I’ve always been driven by a deep understanding of what people need to succeed — both personally and professionally. My passion lies in truly listening to what businesses and candidates are looking for and creating connections that lead to lasting success.

 As a mum, I’ve also built this business to give me the flexibility to be there for my kids while doing work I love. Creating something that allows me to show up fully for my family and still make a meaningful impact in the business world is at the heart of everything I do.  

I work alongside businesses that value growth, collaboration, and building diverse teams — helping them find, support, and keep top talent. Whether it’s sourcing candidates, managing the hiring process, or offering ongoing support, I’m committed to providing flexible recruitment solutions that make it easier for businesses to succeed.

In addition to helping businesses grow, I’m also dedicated to giving back, supporting causes close to my heart, and creating positive change in the community through my work.
